Icosahedron Dodecahedron Truncated Octahedron
Truncated Tetrahedron Cube
These are the five platonic solids. They have been truncated,
(corners cut off). The tetrahedron and the octahedron have been
truncated twice over. The purpose behind the truncations is to let
the light in. Each holoscope will create it's own signature interior
pattern. A larger truncation is for observing the effect of the smaller
truncations where light passes through transparent glass and is
reflected off of the mirrored faces. light comes in like particles in
shapes of each holoscopes respective truncations. The more trun-
cations and faces in the polyhedra, the more dynamic and complex
the interior effect will be. Throughout ancient history and up to
the present the five platonic solids are believed to be the geo-
metrical internal structure of the atom. The holoscopes are
geometrical forms that display internal three dimension
spatial reflections expanding in all directions to infinity.
This mystical quality to the holoscopes leads one
to a realm of sacred geometry that delves into a
metaphysical reality of spirit, (space) and
matter that is ever evolving.
